1. Introduction
Welcome to PUMP, a fitness center operated by Fitzone Sdn Bhd. We are dedicated to providing you with a high-quality fitness experience, supplements, gym equipment, and related products. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and the terms and conditions governing the use of our services and purchase of products.

2. Supplement and Food & Beverage Products
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: All supplement, food, and beverage-related products, once sold, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products.

3. Walk-in Access
Amendments: Walk-in access passes can be amended to a future date, subject to approval. Amendments must be requested within the same day as the originally scheduled date. Approval of amendments is subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.

Refunds: Walk-in access passes are non-refundable once purchased, except as specified in Section 3a regarding amendments.

4. Gym Membership
Membership Cancellation: Gym membership cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your membership agreement. Please refer to your membership agreement for specific cancellation guidelines.

5. Fitness Apparel and Gym Equipment
Returns: Fitness apparel and gym equipment may be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Replacements: Instead of offering refunds for fitness apparel, we offer the option to replace the item with an item of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is more expensive, the member is responsible for topping up the price difference.

Refunds: Refunds for gym equipment will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

6. Points Redemption
In-House Products: Points earned through our loyalty program can be redeemed for in-house products, as specified in the program's terms and conditions.

7. Compliance with Malaysian Law
Legal Compliance: All terms and conditions within this policy are in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

4. Use of Personal Data
Personal data collected will be used for the following purposes:
- Membership administration.
- Communication related to membership, promotions, and events.
- Health and fitness assessment, including the creation of fitness programs.
- Payment processing.

PUMP Fitness Center will not disclose personal data to third parties without the consent of the member or customer, except as required by law or to protect the safety and well-being of members.

This PDPA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

13. Agreement Acknowledgment
Upon completing the reading of this PDPA, the member or customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this PDPA.

1. Membership Options
a. Memberships at PUMP Fitness Center are available for 6, 12, and 24-month terms.

2. Membership Term
a. By signing this agreement, the member agrees to fulfill the entire agreed-upon membership term.

b. Early Termination:
In the event a member wishes to terminate their membership before the agreed term is completed, they will be required to pay 80% of the remaining months' fees as a cancellation fee.

3. Membership Freeze
a. Members have the option to freeze their membership by notifying PUMP Fitness Center in writing at least [Insert Number] days in advance.

b. Freeze Duration:
The membership freeze period is unlimited.
During the freeze period, the member's monthly membership fees will be reduced to RM50 per month.

c. Prolonged Membership Term:
Freezing a membership will prolong the total membership term by the duration of the freeze.

4. Membership Fees
a. Membership fees are payable monthly in advance.

b. Payment Methods:
Membership fees can be paid via debit/credit card, recurring monthly payment by debit/credit card, point in PUMP’s app.

c. Fee Changes:
PUMP Fitness Center reserves the right to adjust membership fees upon providing members with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Access and Usage
a. Members are granted access to PUMP Fitness Center during regular operating hours.

b. Members are expected to adhere to PUMP Fitness Center's code of conduct and any posted rules and regulations.

6. Termination by PUMP Fitness Center
a. PUMP Fitness Center reserves the right to terminate a member's membership without notice for any violation of this agreement, misconduct, or any behavior that poses a risk to others.

7. Liability Waiver
a. Members acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety while using PUMP Fitness Center facilities and equipment.

b. PUMP Fitness Center is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained by members during their use of the facilities or equipment.

8. Governing Law
a. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

9. Entire Agreement
a. This membership agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the members and PUMP Fitness Center and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Upon completing the reading of this membership agreement, the members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this membership agreement.

By proceeding with the acceptance of this agreement, I acknowledge and willingly agree to become an affiliate for the Pump Fitness app. I understand that as an affiliate, I will be assigned a unique referral code that I can use to promote Pump Fitness memberships to others. I am committed to promoting Pump Fitness in a responsible and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

I understand that my role as an affiliate is to share the benefits of Pump Fitness memberships with others and encourage their engagement with the app. I will not engage in any misleading or fraudulent activities while promoting Pump Fitness. I am aware that any misuse of the referral code or any unethical behavior in my promotional efforts may result in the termination of my affiliate status.

I acknowledge that I will receive compensation or rewards for successful referrals made through my unique referral code, as outlined in the affiliate program terms. I agree to promptly provide accurate information for payment and understand that any false or incorrect information may result in delayed or forfeited rewards.

By accepting this agreement, I affirm that I am of legal age to enter into contractual agreements and that I have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this affiliation program. I am excited to contribute to the growth of Pump Fitness and promote a healthier lifestyle within my network.

Acceptance of this agreement signifies my commitment to uphold the integrity of the affiliate program and positively contribute to the Pump Fitness community.
